Pilates – for Length, Strength and Stability
We offer Mat and Reformer Pilates classes for all ages and experience levels. To help you choose the one that’s right for you, our timetable is colour-coded, with light grey being the easiest, and dark grey the hardest.
If you’re a newbie, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class so we can show you how to use the machines 🙂

Yoga – for a Flexible Body and Mind
If you’re new to Yoga, our Simple Stretch and Hatha classes are a great place to start. You can also choose from Slow and Calming styles like Restorative and Yin; Dynamic and Flowing styles like Ashtanga, Flow and Groove Flow; or find a nice Balance with Hatha or Slow Flow.
