We offer Mat Pilates Videos for all ages and experience levels. Most videos require little or no equipment, and are either 30, 45 or 60 mins… so you can find one to fit your goals and schedule

Yoga Videos – for a Flexible Body and Mind
If you’re new to Yoga, our Yoga Basics Videos are a great place to start. There are 30, 45 and 60 min classes, so start slow and build your way up. Some classes do use ‘props’, but most offer alternatives like rolled up towels, tennis balls and thick books
