Ana has been practicing yoga since 1999 and is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor through The Victoria Institute of Yoga Education and Teacher Training (VIYETT).
Ana has experience with various styles of yoga and a teaching approach to make yoga accessible to everyone. Ana’s sessions incorporate all aspects of yoga to bring awareness of body, mind and the world around us.
Ana has been teaching yoga at different locations around the Sydney Northern Beaches since 2011. Her passion is to help people access their current potential to live comfortably and healthy with themselves, while improving their physical and mental health.
