Liz has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She is passionate about helping her students gain physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being from their yoga practice.
Through her studies of Classical Hatha and Yin Yoga combined with her knowledge of the subtle energy systems, she approaches her classes with compassion and curiosity.
Teaching a range of yoga styles, and aiming to offer a holistic yoga experience, her students can enjoy a strong and dynamic practice or a deeply nurturing and relaxing experience.
