Liz is a Pilates Instructor, mentor and an Accredited Health and Lifestyle Coach. She has been teaching for the last 9 years and in addition mentors students working along their own journey to become an instructor. Liz believes that whole body health starts from the core so the combination of both disciplines provides the perfect balance.

Liz’s classes are focused on challenging the whole body in all planes of movement. The class usually incorporates one of the many small apparatus i.e. Pilates circles to assist, enhance & challenge the repertoire and of course to have fun.
