Nadia’s yoga journey started 15 years ago when she really needed some support both physically and emotionally. She was fascinated by the physical, emotional, and mental benefits that she found in Yoga, which led her to study yoga teaching in Melbourne.

Nadia is passionate about achieving a state where we can relax both our bodies and our minds. After having children, Nadia’s love of restorative yoga grew as she saw the benefits it has in reducing stress and anxiety. Nadia believes the world needs restorative yoga now more than ever with it’s fast paced nature. To completely slow down, turn inwards, calm our nervous system, nourish our bodies and minds with breath and stillness is a wonderful gift to give ourselves.
