Vincci started her yoga journey 20 years ago to reduce chronic back pain, but her practice has evolved from a physical healing process to one of spiritual, mental and emotional growth.

This journey led to her decision to leave her 9-5 career and become a yoga teacher, completing her training at Qi Health and Yoga in Sydney. She has since studied with various internationally renowned teachers including Donna Farhi, Leslie Kaminoff, Tiffany Cruikshank, Roger Cole and Lizzie Lasater, who have influenced her teaching style, emphasising on student safety, individuality and alignment.

She is passionate about sharing her yoga knowledge and specialises in Hatha and slower styles like Yin, Restorative and Prenatal yoga and meditation. Her classes are nurturing and encourage each individual to discover their yoga journey through physical postures and breathwork, while learning about yogic philosophies. Vincci believes that how we act on the mat translates to how we are in life, which is an ongoing practice of self-discovery.
After becoming a mum, she was inspired to complete her training as a Prenatal yoga teacher. Based on the idea that ‘knowledge is power’, her aim is to empower mums through this wonderful experience, dispelling any fears and misconceptions around pregnancy and birthing.
